Refund Policy

When you purchase a NaamTara service, you are purchasing our expertise, research, and the delivery of the package you selected. Depending on the package, your purchase may include one or more of the following:

• Personalized baby name suggestions (for example, 5 curated names)
• Curated baby name PDF
• Name meaning and origin
• Name validation
• Pronunciation guidance
• Other services specifically included in your selected package

You are eligible for a full refund only if:

• We are unable to deliver the purchased service.
• We fail to provide the agreed deliverables within the promised timeline and are unable to complete your order.
• A duplicate payment was processed.
• A technical error resulted in an incorrect charge.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to payment provider timelines.

Once the agreed service has been delivered, your order becomes non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including (but not limited to):

• You did not like the suggested names.
• The suggested names did not match your personal taste.
• You decided not to use any of the suggested names.
• Your family members preferred different names.
• You changed your requirements after the service was delivered.
• You expected more names than included in your purchased package.
• You decided not to proceed with naming after receiving the deliverables.

Baby naming is a highly personal and subjective process. While we strive to provide meaningful, carefully researched, and culturally appropriate suggestions, we cannot guarantee that every customer will personally like or choose the names provided.

A service is considered complete once the agreed deliverables have been sent to the email address, WhatsApp number, or other contact details provided during purchase.

Once the service has been completed, it is deemed fulfilled and is no longer eligible for a refund.

Some packages may include revisions.

Where revisions are included, they apply only to the original requirements submitted at the time of purchase.

Revision requests do not constitute a new service and do not create eligibility for a refund.

Orders may be cancelled before our team begins work.

Once research, curation, validation, or personalized name selection has started, cancellations are no longer possible because the service involves manual effort, expert analysis, and personalized recommendations.

Curated PDFs, downloadable resources, and other digital products are non-refundable once they have been delivered or made available for download.

If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the service you purchased, we will either:

• Complete the service within a mutually agreed timeframe; or
• Issue a full refund.

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with the initial personalized name suggestions, we may, at our sole discretion, offer one complimentary revision or an additional set of suggestions based on refined preferences. This is provided as a goodwill gesture and does not constitute a refund entitlement.
